Sunday School

We offer Sunday School Groups for children ages 6 weeks – adulthood. Sunday School runs from 10:30am – 11:30am.

Nursery

Teachers: Brock and Sarah Plotts
Our Nursery is ready to care for your precious baby so that you can engage with the Word of the Lord during one of our Sunday School Lesson’s. The Nursery is open to children ages 6 weeks – 2 years old and is located on the 3rd floor.

Primary
Teacher: Shana Kinley
Our Primary Classroom is ready to teach children ages 3 – Kindergarten. Students are currently meeting in a room on the 3rd floor. Have you ever been on a road trip? When we think of road trips, we might think of gas station snacks, singing along to our favorite songs, and taking in the sights — but when the Israelites went on a “road trip” of their own through
the wilderness, it was a little less glamorous. Okay, it was a lot less glamorous. In this series, we’ll introduce kids to some of God’s “rules of the road,” from Moses and the ten commandments all the way to what Jesus called the Greatest Commandment — to love God and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Together, we’ll discover that we can love God and others by putting God first, worshiping God, loving our families, and loving everyone.

Elementary

Teachers: Hollie Moore and Bonnie Bechdel
Our Elementary Classroom is ready to teach children in Grades 1-5. Students are currently meeting in a room on the 3rd floor. Have you ever been on a road trip? When we think of road trips, we might think of gas station snacks, singing along to our favorite songs, and taking in the sights — but when the Israelites went on a “road trip” of their own through the wilderness, it was a little less glamorous. Middle and High School

Teacher: Aaralin Johnson
Our Middle and High School Classroom is ready to teach students in Grades 6-12. Students are currently meeting in the Youth Group, lower level. Whether it’s to stop yourself from saying something stupid, or see where you’ll be in 10 years, or experience your favorite moment in history firsthand, we all wish we had a time machine sometimes, right? While time machines might not actually exist, the Bible can sometimes feel a little bit like a
time machine. It’s the story of the God who exists outside of time and had a plan to save the world before time even existed. God’s plan was fulfilled through Jesus 2,000 years ago, but prophets like Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Amos left us hints about God’s plan hundreds of years before that. So what was that plan? In this 4-week series, we’ll discover that Jesus’ mission was to set people free and rebuild what has been destroyed — and we can join Him on that mission, in part, by doing justice and remembering all God has done.

Parents’s and Young Adults

Teacher: Matthew Kinley

This class is open to adults of all ages, but is geared mostly toward the parents of students in other Grow Programs. Participants currently meet in the Lounge on the main floor. Whether you’ve been attending church since
you were a kid or you’re brand new to this Jesus thing, you probably have some ideas already about what it takes to grow spiritually. The problem is, we all struggle sometimes to figure out how to continue growing — and how to do it in a way that works for us. If we’re not careful, we can end up with a relationship with God that worked when we were kids or new to our faith, but is no longer transforming or challenging us like it could be. For these four sessions, we’ll see how we can “launch” (or re-launch) our spiritual growth by evaluating (or re-evaluating) these spiritual habits of spending time with God, spending time with others in healthy community, using our gifts to serve, and sharing our stories of faith.

Adults

Teacher: Jackie Lundy
This class is open to adults of all ages. Participants currently meet in the Cheerful Gleaners Classroom, on the main floor. We invite you to take a deeper dive into the Scripture shared by Pastor Matt.
